Limor has lead by example to show that ladies do well both in engineering as well as in entrepreneurship. She founded Adafruit Industries in 2005. Limor designed many of the circuits and electronic kits herself. The New York city-based company hit a sales of US$10 million last year.
Limor said in Entrepreneur Magazine “And when you complete that first circuit and taste the power of creating your own things that spark and shake and whir, you might see what Adafruit’s 200,000-plus customers have already realized: We are all makers at heart”. 3E Gadgets is in a position to spread this Maker spirit in the local as well as international community.
